The “Reservation form” feature allows your guests to effortlessly secure a table for their dining experience. It collects all the important data about the guests, such as e-mail, mobile phone and special requirements, while providing guests with information about the type of tables and availability. The guests can choose a type of table they would like (such as front terrace, table for 6) and immediately know if it’s available.
Once submitted, the reservation system instantly confirms the booking and sends a confirmation to the guest, ensuring a seamless and organized dining experience. All the data about the reservation and guests is automatically visible for the restaurant and the specific table can now be chosen for the reservation by the person in charge (ex. hostess).
